Wesley Layug joined Greene Park in 2024. In his role, he is responsible for supporting the firm’s investment pipeline, including sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and negotiations of transactions. Prior to joining Greene Park, Wesley spent five years at Ventas. Wesley was responsible for executing over $10B of investments covering the continuum of care which include the senior living, medical office, and life science sectors across the United States, Canada, and United Kingdom. He brings experience in closing debt and equity investments in traditional real estate acquisitions and developments as well as corporate development investments such as public mergers and acquisitions.

  
Wesley is earning his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and earned a BA in Mathematics from Wesleyan University.
