London, United Kingdom – January 6, 2026 – Greene Park Capital, a specialist investor in healthcare real estate across the United States, the United Kingdom, and Europe, today announced the appointment of Brandon Holloway as Partner.
This strategic hire comes at a time of significant growth in healthcare real estate investment opportunities across the UK, Europe, and the United States—markets in which Greene Park Capital is uniquely positioned to capitalize through its deep sector expertise and established relationships.
With 16 years of experience in real estate investing, fund management, and corporate finance, Mr. Holloway will focus on the origination and execution of investments across the UK, Europe, and the US.
Mr. Holloway joins Greene Park Capital from LifeScienceX, a specialist investment firm focused on life science real estate, where he served as Chief Investment Officer. Previously, he was an Investment Director in the Housing Division at Gresham House. Before that, he held the role of Vice President at Singerman Real Estate, specializing in seniors housing and industrial investments, and earlier worked at Ventas, a leading healthcare REIT. His extensive expertise includes investment and portfolio management, capital strategies, and joint venture execution.
Mr. Holloway holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Williams College.
