FOUNDER
Carrie Hiebeler

Carrie is Founder and Managing Partner of Greene Park Capital and Greene Park Capital Europe. For eight years, she was a part of the Ventas senior leadership team responsible for strategic and alternative investments including international expansion, US hospital investments, select healthcare debt investments, and US Academic Medical Centers (labs and medical outpatient real estate). Carrie was responsible for Ventas’s entry into the UK care home and hospital market. She was the Senior Investment Officer of Ventas' entry into the hospital sector with the $1.75BN acquisition of Ardent and the subsequent OpCo/PropCo split which Ventas achieved over 4x its equity in its opco sale. The real estate continues to outperform initial underwriting expectations.

Carrie has spent the majority of her career completing $115B-plus worth of transactions primarily in healthcare real estate and healthcare corporates. Prior to joining Ventas in 2012, she spent seven years in roles of increasing responsibility with Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Investment Banking Division, most recently as a director of mergers, acquisitions, and debt/equity capital markets transactions. One of her marquee transactions was the $33BN LBO of HCA Healthcare, the largest ever US LBO at the time. She started her career at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in global equity research covering major multinational consumer product corporations including Estée Lauder, Procter & Gamble, and Unilever.

Carrie's focus has been on Europe, US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and Australian healthcare markets. While at Ventas, in international markets alone, she generated a $70B+ pipeline within eight years. Carrie's existing Rolodex of contacts in each of these markets creates proprietary, high-quality investment opportunities.

Carrie received her MBA from the Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania) with a double major in Healthcare Management and Finance and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University. Carrie was also a Division 1 athlete while at Northwestern. Currently Carrie serves on the Board of Directors for Wharton's Healthcare Management Program.
